I had a pleasant stay at the Best Western Queens Hotel, valuing its clean rooms and the friendly staff. The location was incredibly convenient, being close to both the bus and train stations. However, I did find that the building had its quirks, including creaky floors and some noise from the surroundings. Overall, it served as a decent base for exploring Perth. 😊

Rooms
8.0
The room was a good size and very clean, though the creaky floors added character to the experience. I found the bathroom decent, but some might find the decor a bit dated.
Service
9.0
The staff were chatty, helpful, and attentive, making my stay much more enjoyable. They were genuinely friendly and efficient in handling any requests I had.
Location
9.0
The location is excellent, directly opposite the train and bus stations, making it very convenient for getting around. It’s just a short walk to the city center and nearby parks.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast was nice with good variety; however, there's room for improvement in the dining options overall. The menu could use some refreshing to cater to more tastes.
Facilities
8.0
The leisure facilities were impressive for the hotel's size, with a nice pool and gym. However, poolside seating might become scarce during busy times.

6.4/10

My stay at Best Western Queens Hotel was a mix of positives and challenges. The location was excellent, being minutes away from both the bus and train stations, but the hotel itself felt quite dated. While the staff were friendly and the leisure facilities, like the pool and sauna, were enjoyable, I did notice a lack of modern updates throughout the premises.

Rooms
6.0
The room was clean, yet the overall decor felt shockingly dated. My shower had issues, making it hard to use comfortably. Also, the bed was quite small, which didn't match the price I paid.
Service
7.0
I found the staff to be friendly and polite, doing their best given the circumstances. They were definitely attentive, which made the stay feel a bit more welcoming.
Location
10.0
The location is excellent. Just across the street from the train station, I found it incredibly convenient to access local attractions. It’s only a ten-minute walk to the city centre, making it easy to explore.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was fairly standard. While there was a good range of options including cooked to order meals, the quality was a bit disappointing. There were also some inconsistencies in what was offered.
Facilities
8.0
Leisure facilities were a highlight for me. The pool, steam room, and gym were well-maintained and provided a nice way to unwind, adding significant value to my stay.

6.6/10

My stay at the Best Western Queens Hotel in Perth had its ups and downs. On one hand, the staff were super friendly and attentive throughout my time there. On the flip side, the room felt pretty dated and noisy, which disrupted my sleep a couple of times. Overall, the location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area, but I think a refurbish would really enhance the experience.

Rooms
6.0
The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, but it was in need of an update. The decor felt like a throwback to the 70s, and a window in the bathroom wouldn’t open, which was a bit of a letdown.
Service
7.0
The staff absolutely deserve a shout-out for their friendly and efficient service. They definitely made me feel welcomed and were quick to assist whenever needed, though the response to my noise complaint could've been better.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location is a major win. It’s super close to the bus and rail stations, plus just a short walk from shops and eateries, which was perfect for getting around Perth.
Dining
6.0
I enjoyed the breakfast, which had a nice variety with freshly cooked options, but found the evening menu a bit limited. I think a bit more diversity would’ve made it better.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel has decent amenities, like a swimming pool and gym, which were great for unwinding a bit after a long day. However, I didn't get to use all of them, so can't speak to their quality.

6.2/10

I stayed at the Best Western Queens Hotel in Perth for a Christmas party break with friends, and while it had its perks, there were a few drawbacks too. The location is super convenient, close to transport and downtown, which made exploring easy. However, the hotel is looking a bit tired, and some furnishings need an upgrade. The service was generally friendly and attentive, but my sleep quality was impacted by noisy guests during my stay.

Rooms
6.0
I had a corner room with two large windows, making it bright and spacious. However, the decor felt outdated, and the carpet was stained. The bed was a bit uncomfortable despite the clean bedding.
Service
7.0
The staff were mostly friendly and accommodating, handling our dinner requests and breakfast well. Yet, I did find the leisure center staff unhelpful when I wanted to use the facilities.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to public transport and just a short walk from the town center, making it perfect for exploring Perth.
Dining
8.0
Breakfast was a highlight with a great variety, especially the cooked options. Dinner served good food, but there were some delays in service during the busy night.
Facilities
5.0
The leisure facilities were disappointing as only the pool was available during my stay. I was hoping for more, especially since everything else was closed.

I recently stayed at the Best Western Queens Hotel and found it to be a clean and comfortable place, although a bit old-fashioned. The bed was quite comfy, and I appreciated the free parking and proximity to the town center. My breakfast experience was mixed, with my husband enjoying his meal while my scrambled eggs were undercooked. Overall, it was a good stay, but some updates are needed.

Rooms
6.0
My room was spacious and equipped with everything I needed, though it showed signs of being run down. The floorboards were very squeaky, which was a bit distracting at night.
Service
8.0
The staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive, helping to create a positive atmosphere during my stay. They even stored my luggage while I explored the area before check-in.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location is perfect, just a short 5-minute walk to the town center and directly opposite the train station, making it convenient for getting around.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast was cooked to order, which I liked, but the quality varied. While my husband enjoyed his meal, I found my scrambled eggs to be underdone.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel offers basic facilities, and while the amenities could benefit from some refreshing, the leisure offerings like the pool seemed promising.
